Behind TH Services is me — Tim Hornig.

My day job is in business intelligence and data engineering — the place where scattered raw data becomes a solid basis for decisions. With TH Services I bring that experience to where it has the most impact: companies without their own IT or data department.

My profile is deliberately broad: BI and analytics, data engineering, web development, plus process and project work at the interface between business and IT. Exactly this combination ensures solutions don’t fail at handovers — I understand the requirement and build the implementation.

My approach is pragmatic. I ask questions first, then diagnose, and only then propose solutions. You won’t get bloated concept papers from me but clear recommendations with honest reasoning — even when the best recommendation is to not do something.

From ERP dashboards and containerized server infrastructure to automated data pipelines: I run the systems I build myself — which is why I know what maintainability means in real operations.
